Pre Calculus I

Prerequisite: Algebra II 

Course Description: This is a one-semester course that includes the topics of precalculus to prepare for calculus.  Students who take this class and feel confident enough will be ready to take calculus next semester. Topics include functions and their graphs, polynomial and rational functions, exponential and logarithmic functions, limits, matrices, and analytic trig topics.  Students should have scored an average of 2.5 on algebra 2 standards.
