Intro to 2D/3D Art

Grades: 9th / 10th / 11th / 12th

Prerequesite: None

Course Description:  Students will spend one quarter in two-dimensions and one quarter in three-dimensions.  Students will build skills using a variety of media.  Additionally, students will develop studio habits of mind, problem-solving skills, and learn to embrace creative challenges.  Media explored will include graphite, colored pencils, mixed media, paint (watercolor OR acrylic),and cardboard.  

Considerations: This course is a prerequesite for all art classes.
