Course Description: Learn to make healthy choices and develop culinary skills in Foods and Nutrition! This one-credit course is open to students in grades 9-12 and covers basic nutrition, smart consumerism, and hands-on food preparation and meal planning.
Completion of this class is required before enrolling in the Culinary Arts program at the DMACC Hunziker Center. Articulation Agreement is available with DMACC
