Early-Bird PEAK Performance

Fall and Spring

 

Prerequisite: 1 semester of Strength & Conditioning, Out for 2 or more sports, or instructor approval.

Course Description: Students will acquire knowledge and skill in the basic strength training, agility, plyometric,s and flexibility training techniques of today. Students will set goals for improvement in muscular strength exercises front squat, hang cleans, and bench press. Students will also set goals for improvement in the vertical jump, pro agility, and 40-yard dash.

*In order to receive a full credit, students must be enrolled for both semesters.
