Course Description: This course will involve writing and completing a personal fitness program designed for your own individual needs. You will be designing a personal fitness program incorporating the following health-related fitness components; Cardiorespiratory fitness, Flexibility, Muscle strength, and muscle endurance.  At the end of the term, your fitness levels will be assessed to determine if personal goals have been met.
