Prerequisites:  English 1A and 1B

This course continues to develop skills in literary analysis, writing, speaking, and listening. Throughout the year, students will read and analyze plays, novels, short stories, and rhetoric. Throughout the year students will practice writing skills, with particular emphasis on the literary analysis essay and research skills.
